Vicki McLaren, Quality Pathways Director, has a lifelong appreciation and understanding of the disability sector. Her passion and advocacy for disability rights was ignited from a young age, having an immediate family member with a disability.
She has a solid foundation of knowledge, skills and hands on experience in rural and urban South Australia with in the aged care, carers, mental health and disability sector. During this time, Vicki has developed unique skills, knowledge and understanding of the needs, particularly within the NDIS market.
Vicki’s experience includes:
- 22 years’ experience in aged care, carers, mental health and disability.
- Thorough understanding of current best practices, systems, and processes from having worked both for and with the NDIS.
- First hand experience implementing over 300 NDIS plans with the most vulnerable and complex clients.
- Strong focus on working closely with individuals to achieve quality outcomes that will meet the disability standards and legislation
